You do not need to understand houses, aspects, transits, or astrology terminology. The goal is to translate the chart into insight you can actually understand and use.
What kind of astrology do you use?
We use Western tropical astrology as the foundation for our readings.
Rather than simply listing placements and technical terms, we focus on the patterns behind personality, emotions, relationships, decisions, timing, and recurring life themes.
Is this a prediction of my future?
No. Your reading is not written as a fixed script of what will happen.

What language are the readings written in?
At the moment, readings are written in English.

What birth details do I need?
For most readings, we ask for your date of birth, time of birth, and place of birth.
For relationship, family, child, or pet-related readings, we may ask for additional details depending on the reading you choose.
Why do you need my birth time?
Birth time helps calculate the Ascendant, houses, and life-area focus in your chart.
These details can make the reading more specific, especially for personal horoscopes, relationship readings, family readings, and timing-related themes.
What if I don’t know my exact birth time?
You can still order a reading.
Some details may be less precise without the exact birth time, especially the Ascendant, house placements, timing, and life-area focus.
Why do you need my place of birth?
Your place of birth helps calculate the structure of your birth chart more accurately.
It is especially important for the Ascendant, houses, and the way different areas of life are mapped in the reading.
The city and country are enough. You do not need to provide a hospital, street, or exact address.
Can I update my birth details after ordering?

If your reading has not yet entered preparation, we may be able to update the information. Once the report is already being created, changes may not be possible or may require additional preparation time.
Are my birth details private?
Yes. Your birth details are used to prepare and deliver your reading or horoscope.
We do not sell your birth data, rent it to other companies, or use it for third-party advertising.
Do you store my personal birth details?
Your birth details may be kept only for as long as reasonably necessary to prepare and deliver your report, provide customer support, make requested corrections, maintain relevant order records, and meet applicable legal or accounting requirements.
You may contact us to request deletion of your personal information, subject to any information we are legally required to retain.
What information do you collect?
We collect only the information needed to prepare and deliver your reading, such as your name, email address, birth date, birth time, birth place,
order and payment-related information, additional details required for the reading you choose
For relationship, family, child, parent, or pet-related readings, we may also collect the information you provide about another person or subject.
Do you sell or share my personal information?
No. Your personal information and birth details are not sold, shared, rented, or used for advertising.
They are used only to create your reading, deliver your report, and communicate with you about your order.
Why do you need my email address?
Your email address is used to send your order confirmation, request any missing details if needed, and deliver your final PDF report.
We may also use it to send updates related to your Mini Blueprint, your order, or optional studio emails.

You can save it, read it on your phone or computer, and return to it whenever you want.
What happens after I place an order?

Can I order more than one reading at the same time?

What if I do not receive my reading?

Can I cancel my order?

Because each reading is a personalized digital product, cancellations are not usually possible once the report is in preparation.

Do you offer live consultations?
Not at the moment. Your Inner Blueprint currently focuses on written digital reports so you receive something clear, structured, and easy to return to.

Relationship Deep Dive is designed for connections that feel especially intense, complicated, familiar, or difficult to understand. It looks more closely at the deeper pattern of the relationship.
Can I order a relationship or family reading without the other person’s exact birth time?
Yes. Many relationship and family readings can still be created without an exact birth time.

What does You & Your Pet explore?

No. Your Next 12 Months horoscope begins from the period in which it is prepared.
